Xuyuan Zhou is a senior engineer and works as our chief engineer in Changzhou Bayi Cable Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhou was a team leader in the Research Institute of Ministry of National Defense and gained several national and provincial awards. He has contributed himself to the development of nuclear cables.
2. Director of Technical Department – Jinchun Li
Mr. Jinchun Li is a professor of Changzhou University. As an academic leader of “Qinglan Project” of Jiangsu Province, he has gained a lot of awards in the halogen-free flame retardant cable production field. In the modification and processing research of polymer materials, his project “Typical Polymers” earned him the first prize of the Technical Invention Award of Education Ministry. His Key Production Technology and Industrialization Project for Hybrid Materials of High Flame Retardant Attapulgite won the second prize of the Jiangsu Science and Technology Progress Award

Mr. Qifu Hong, the chief inspector of our Technical Research Center, is a senior technician. As a specialist dedicating his work to nuclear cable for more than 10 years, he was awarded numerous awards, certificates and patents. His name is on the list of the Changzhou 831 Project
